I offer engaging and inspiring ART classes, day workshops and artist mentoring sessions. I am a qualified and experienced Art Teacher with a BA in Fine Art Painting from Chelsea College of Art and PGCE in Art & Design from Brighton University.

Art Sanctuary Workshops

When did you last spend some quiet time in the woods? Did you take a few moments just to sit and listen, to notice the bare branches or the lush green shapes and textures of the natural world around you? Maybe you are curious to delve a little deeper into your creative side and see what unfolds?

Nature has the power to restore us and re-connect us all with a deeper sense of who we truly are. By combining nature-immersion and Mindfulness with the active process of making Art, we can fully experience the therapeutic and revitalising benefits of both, helping you to integrate the practice of mindful, non-critical presence and awareness as you look, draw and create. Art Sanctuary Workshops invite you on a unique Art-making journey that goes beyond drawing from what you see in nature, towards how you experience nature both within and around you. All levels of experience welcome!
