Online Groups & Webinars

I love the way that technology has made our big, wide world small, so that like-minded people from all over the place can meet up in virtual spaces and share their hearts and minds together. I have been motivated to create an online arena for women in the perinatal phase, pregnancy and new motherhood, to practice mindfulness, to gather in celebration and to show up authentically and share what is truly present in our lives.

It would be an honour to have you with us if you would like to join. When you register I will send you an email with more information outlining the sessions themselves, (we respectfully only send minimal emails and never share your details with anyone else).

Mindful Pregnancy Circles

The Mindful Pregnancy Circle is a supportive, live space for women to gather ‘virtually’ in pregnancy, to lean-in and connect with others and be guided through mindfulness meditations. This group invites participants to share in their own journeys and be heard within the compassionate ‘holding’ of this circle.

Sometimes just being witnessed, or witnessing someone else with compassion, can help us to shift anything that we might be struggling with. Sometimes we might gain insight into ourselves. Or perhaps we just want to celebrate our pregnancy in the company of others, and to bond with a caring community of pregnant women and mothers. The intention of the Mindful Pregnancy Circle is to enable participants to experience this sense of healing, kindness and connection on the path towards birth.

The overall aim of the groups is simply to share, to meditate, to ask questions, to be inspired or to inspire each other, and to BE together.

Mindful Mama Circles

The Mindful Mama Circle is for new mothers during their babies’ first year of life. It provides a live virtual arena for guided meditation practice as well as a compassionate space to share, to listen and to be heard, among like-minded mothers.

Sometimes just being witnessed, or witnessing someone else with compassion, can help us to shift issues that we might have been struggling with. We may need to briefly share our birth experience and our reflections on it, or discuss breastfeeding highs and lows. Or perhaps we just want to acknowledge and celebrate ourselves and our babies in the company of others, and to bond with a caring community of new mothers. The intention of the Mindful Mama Circle is to enable participants to experience this sense of healing, kindness and connection during the new motherhood time.

The overall aim of the groups is simply to share, to meditate, to ask questions, to be inspired or to inspire each other, and to BE together.
