Mindful Pregnancy & Birth


Approaching pregnancy, childbirth and motherhood with the openness that mindfulness can bring, enables us to build and establish greater resilience to meet whatever we encounter in our unfolding journey into parenthood.

But undertaking a practice such as this, which is so different in attitude to life in the modern world, can be a challenge in itself, and it can be really helpful to have the support of a group to share and practice with.

Writing ‘Mindful Pregnancy & Birth’ has inspired me to create an online forum to share with you the practical essence of this book in a virtual, experiential form. I have developed a series of nourishing courses, both for mothers and for birth preparation, which will be launched in September 2018.
